Online Scams: Know What to Look For
- The word cure. While there are treatments for vitiligo, it does not have a cure.
- Anything that guarantees results
- Anything that claims to work for everyone/anyone
- Claims that “doctors don’t want you to know” (Doctors do want you to know. That’s why they became doctors!)
- Demands for payment upfront
- AI-generated before-and-after photos
