World Vitiligo Day-USA

We are thrilled to welcome you to this year’s World Vitiligo Day (WVD-USA) celebration, taking place in the beautiful and vibrant city of Charlotte, NC, from June 26-28, 2026!

This year, we are beyond excited to have North Carolina Vitiligo Support Community. (NCVSC) as our event host, bringing their incredible energy, support, and community spirit to make this event truly unforgettable.

The theme for this year’s WVD-USA is “Look How Far We’ve Come: A Journey of Resilience, Strength, and Beauty”, celebrates the remarkable progress of the vitiligo community over the past decade. It honors the courage of those living with vitiligo, their unwavering resilience, and the growing visibility and acceptance that have transformed lives worldwide. As we mark the 10-year anniversary, this theme is both a reflection and a celebration and a reminder of the strength found in unity, the beauty in diversity, and the collective journey toward greater awareness, empowerment, and self-love.

Thank you for joining us! We look forward to seeing you in Charming Charlette in June 2026 as we come together to celebrate, support, and empower the vitiligo community. Please complete your registration starting November, 17, and let’s make this 10th Anniversary of WVD-USA an experience to remember!

Recognizing the vitiligo community, World Vitiligo Day was first celebrated in 2011 and has since become a global event with the purpose of raising awareness and recognition of the bullying, social neglect, psychological trauma, and disability of the millions of people affected by vitiligo.
