For our GVF Physician Spotlight this month, we are highlighting Nada Elbuluk, MD, MSc, FAAD, @skindrnada, who is Chair of the GVF Communications Committee, and contributing to our “Living Well with Vitiligo” campaign as our featured expert addressing Diet and Supplements for people living with Vitiligo.
Dr. Elbuluk is a board-certified dermatologist and Associate Professor at the USC Keck School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology. She is the founder and director of the USC Skin of Color Center and Pigmentary Disorders Clinic. She also serves as the founder and Director of the Dermatology Diversity and Inclusion Program. She conducts a weekly vitiligo clinic at USC as well. Dr. Elbuluk is also the Director of Clinical Impact for VisualDx and leads ProjectIMPACT.
For the Global Vitiligo Foundation, Dr. Elbuluk helped launch the Step Up For Vitiligo Campaign in 2016 and now chairs the GVF Communications Committee, which is working to help share information and insights among physicians, patients, and scientists. She is actively involved in the vitiligo community and frequently shares her expertise through presentations to colleagues, patient-centered programs and in the media.
